微米 offers a variety of leave options when team members need to take time away from work.

Team members can enroll in a Health Savings Account (HSA) and/or Flexible Spending Account (FSAs) which provide tax advantages when saving and paying for health or family care expenses.

带薪休假 for full-time team members is accrued at a beginning rate of 5.31 hours per bi-weekly pay period, which increases annually up to 6.每两周工作93小时. 401 (k)计划

Restricted stock units are offered to team members at management discretion. 微米 also provides the opportunity for team members to enroll in the Employee 股票 Purchase Plan (ESPP), which allows team members to purchase 微米 stock at a 15% discount.
